乡村振兴背景下台州大学生返乡创业的问题与激励措施

在乡村振兴背景下,农村建设持续发展,农民生活水平不断提高。返乡创业大学生是懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的"三农"工作队伍的中坚力量。去农村广袤天地施展才华,也是大学生实现自身梦想、贡献青春力量的重要途径。该文以浙江省台州市为例,就大学生返乡创业过程中存在的问题进行剖析,以期为政府和社会制定相关保障措施提供参考依据。

Problems and Incentives for College Students to Return Home and Start Their Own Businesses in the Context of Rural Revitalization

Under the background of rural revitalization,rural construction continues to develop and farmers’living standards continue to improve.The college students returning home to start their own businesses,who understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers,are the backbone of the team for the work of"three rural issues".Going to the vast rural areas to display their talents is also an important way for college students to realize their dreams and make contributions.Taking Taizhou City,Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the entrepreneurship process of the college students returning home,in order to provide reference for the government and society to formulate relevant safeguard measures.
