| 摘 要： | "就业导向"的研究起点既可以是"职业对人"的需要,也可以是"人对职业"的需要.仅从前者出发,自上而下地考察,不但会使就业导向的研究范围受限,而且助长了片面追求就业率的做法.从后者出发,则是自下而上地寻找有利于改善职业院校就业前景、增加职业教育吸引力的办学机制与制度因素,而不是越过求职谋生这一最基本的需要,直接从全面发展的目标入手.自上而下和自下而上的研究路径应当结合起来.

| Abstract: | The research starting point of "empolyment orientation" may be professions' demand to employees or employees' demand to professions.Taking the former demand as the research starting point will restrain the empolyment orientation study in a narrow scope and encourage to pursue employment rate partially.Taking the later demand as the research start point is aimed at seeking school-running systems which is beneficial to make prospect of vocational colleges perfect and enhance the attraction of vocational education,instead of only emphasizing employment rate.Authors of this article argue that these two starting points should be combined. |
