构建院系级教学督导机制的研究与思考

摘    要:作为整个教育管理系统中的重要环节和基本组成部分,建立健全教学督导制度可以弥补教育管理上的薄弱环节,对于提高教育教学质量有着积极的现实意义。为提高管理效率,调动自我约束、自我管理和自我发展的积极性,许多高校开始实行学校、院系两级管理体制改革。与此相适应,各高校纷纷开始着手建立校、院系两级教学督导机制。文章对加强院系级教学督导工作的政策背景和重要意义、院系教学督导工作中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出了加强院系教学督导3-作的思路和建议。
