传统伦理与以德治国

中国传统伦理如百川入海 ,内容丰富 ,积淀为民族意识。其核心是以德治国 ,体现在修身与治国的高度统一上。这种民族意识 ,对今天的以德治国仍有巨大的借鉴意义。以德治国 ,应结合传统伦理加强道德教育与道德建设 :其一 ,用马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平和江泽民的三个代表教育人 ;其二 ,职业道德建设是以德治国的突破口 ;干部职业道德 ,尤其各行业一把手的道德品质是重中之重 ;其三 ,道德建设又重在道德实践 ,道德实践是关键。否则 ,只是空谈 ;其四 ,从自我做起、人人都从自我做起 ,社会道德风尚就会健康发展。经济全球化的到来 ,也促进了中国传统伦理文化的全球化 ,说明中国传统伦理文化具有一定的人类性。我们要结合本民族的传统文化 ,加速经济建设与道德建设

Chinese Traditional Ethics and State Administration by Morality

To govern a country with the help of morality, the core of Chinese traditional ethics, is still of great significance in China's state administration today. Four points should be stressed on this:1)study of Maxism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Jiang Zeing's "Three Reprents";2)emphasis on professional morality, esp, the morality of officials and decision makers;3)morality implementation;4)significance of individual examples of good morality. With the globalization of the world economic, Chinese traditional ethic culture is being globalized.
