| 摘 要： | 排球裁判员的“裁判意识”表现为：当在排球比赛过程中出现犯规情况时，裁判员是否进行判罚的一种感知、分析、判断、思维等心理和生理机能的综合反映过程。它的形成有一定的规律，需经历原始意识、运用意识、应变意识、控制意识等四个阶段，由低向高逐级发展，最终形成优秀的“裁判意识”。
