| Abstract: | In the light of essence of Program for Citizens' Moral Construction and practical moral construction for teachers and students at colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the fundamental mode of thought that we should consolidate moral construction and persist in making progress with time passing so as to bring moral construction at colleges and universities to a new level. |
