| 摘 要： | 马铃薯是一种全营养型作物，具有抗旱耐寒、适宜于高海拔地区耕作的特点；在乌蒙山区，马铃薯正由过去作为抗旱救灾的重要物资变成当前农民增收的主要经济作物之一。然而，快速工业化背景下马铃薯生产发展跟不上社会需求，存在种薯质量差、品种单一、专业人才匮乏、产业化水平低下等问题。文章提出一系列举措推进马铃薯产业化，旨在促进农业增效与农民增收。
