| 摘 要： | 黑龙江商学院与黑龙江财政高等专科学校合并组建哈尔滨商业大学后，全面实施党委提出的“合心工程”，开局良好，现在正以十六大精神为指导，树立创新开放的办学理论，进行学校的各项改革，进一步加强党建和思想政治工作，以期实现学校跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | Commercial College and Heilongjiang School of Finance amalgamated and set up Harbin University of Commerce, the university implement all - around the concentric engineering, and has a good situation. Now it directed by the ideals of 16th National Congress of the Communist Party, build up the innovational ideals of running school, carry through the innovations and strength the work of constructing party and politics further, strive to realize saltant development of the university. |
