| Abstract: | The thoughts of selecting and using people of Deng Xiaoping is a component part of Deng Xiaoping theory. It attaches great importance to the qualities of people that are selected and used. They must possess these qualities, such as universally accepted by the public, politically dependable, outstanding in achievements, strong in the reform consciousness, excellent and young, and proficient in the style of work. |
