食品微生物检测技术“教学做”一体化教学模式改革的实践与效果评价

摘    要:通过食品微生物检测技术实施"教学做"一体化教学模式进行改革,将原有的课程知识框架打破,按照国家相关的标准检验流程重新组织知识框架,按检验流程与检测过程进行操作,在操作过程中进行相关知识的讲授。

Abstract:The reform was carried on teaching model of detection technology in food microorganism by integration of teaching,learning and practicing.During the process of reform,we broke the original knowledge system,and established new system according to the related inspection process of the national standard.We tought students the corrresponding knowleage during the inspection test according to the methods of national standard inspection proces.
