| 摘 要： | 介绍Web2.0环境下技术竞争情报(CTI)搜集工作的新特征,包括新的信息源及针对这些信息源所采取的情报搜集策略。分析Web2.0环境下的多种新的CTI信息源(如微博、SNS、Wiki等)及其各自的特点,提出新环境下的3种情报搜集策略,即人际情报网络、RSS聚合和以标签为基础面向主题的搜集策略。
