长白山森林生态效益资产评估

摘    要:根据作者调查资料 ,在与国内外进行比较研究的基础上 ,以长白山汪清林区为例 ,提出了森林生态效益 (包括生命系统效益、环境系统效益以及生命系统与环境系统相统一的整体综合效益 )的资产评估方法与计量 :森林涵养水源价值评估与计量、森林CO2 固定价值评估计量、土壤保护价值评估与计量、污染物降解的评估与计量、森林病虫害防治价值的评估与计量等 ,并对此进行了计算 ,为汪清林区和我国实现森林资源资产化管理提供了科学依据

Abstract:Ecological benefits of forest are all the benefits that human being have gained from the forest systems directly or indirectly. Based on the field investigation of the Wangqing forest in the Changbai mountain forest reserves, north-east of China, the ecological benefits of forest, including biological benefit, environmental benefit, and the benefit combined with biology and environment, are calculated in this paper. It is argued that the ecological benefits of forest can be calculated with reference to the value of water and soil conserved by forest, and to the pollutant degradation and the plant diseases and insect pests prevented from the forest, and so on. The research is expected to provide scientific references to forest management and to efficient utilization of forest resources in China.
