| 摘 要： | 地方高校的高职教育要在竞争激烈的市场中获得发展,首先需要明确高职教育的真实内涵,其次要充分研究并尊重本地区域经济发展所需人才的地区结构性差异和实际能力需求差异,确立地方特色,明确市场定位,确立定单式培养目标,构建具有鲜明区域特色的高职能力培养体系和课程建设及教学质量保障体系。

| Abstract: | The development of advanced vocational education in local universities in a tight market competition, first of all, needs to clarify the intension of advanced vocational education, to study seriously and respect the regional- structure difference characterized by the demand of local- economy development, to determine local character, make clear the market orientation, to establish a target of order cultivation, and to construct a sharply regional characteristic system of advanced vocational education and a system to safeguard curriculum construction and teaching quality. |
