New Thinking of Publicity and Ideological Work in Colleges and Universities in the Era of Media Convergence

With the rapid development of information technology,convergence media strategy is very popular for the current media development.Its effectiveness affects directly the consolidation and development of ideological work in colleges and universities.As the convergence media develops,great challenges have been brought about to the publicity and ideological work of colleges and universities.And thus,with current situation,the way to timely update the publicity work concept,integrate platform resources,optimize the publicity content,integrate the publicity team and increase technical input become the great problem to be solved urgently.Through the analysis of the value of convergence media to empower the publicity and ideological work of colleges and universities,and through that of the challenges brought about by it to the publicity and ideological work of colleges and universities,in this paper,construction methods are proposed for the publicity and ideological work of colleges and universities in the era of convergence media.
