高校辅导员基于精准资助的育人工作实践探析

在高校资助体系中,精准资助与资助育人是实现教育公平的重要举措,二者相辅相成。精准资助是资助育人的基础保障,资助育人是精准资助的深入发展。针对当前高校精准资助育人工作在“三观”“三力”等方面的育人问题,文章以高校辅导员为出发点,提出精准资助育人工作的实施路径:一是提升专业素质,大力建设资助工作队伍;二是创新帮扶理念,积极探索长效宣传模式;三是深入社区生活,高度重视心理发展动态;四是开拓实践平台,精心打造特色服务品牌;五是统筹各方合力,着力构建多元育人体系。

A Practical Analysis on the Educational Work of College Counselors Based on Targeted Financial Assistance

In financial assistance system of colleges and universities,targeted financial assistance and education through financial assistance are important measures to achieve educational equity.The two complement each other.The main manifestation is that targeted financial assistance is the basic guarantee for education through financial assistance,and education through financial assistance is the in-depth development of targeted financial assistance.In response to the current education problems in the“three outlooks”and“three forces”of the current targeted financial assistance in colleges and universities,this paper takes colleges counselors as the starting point and proposes the implementation path of targeted financial assistance in the new era.The first is to improve professional quality and vigorously build a team for financial assistance;the second is to innovate the concept of financial assistance and actively explore long-term publicity models;the third is to go deep into community life and attach great importance to psychological development dynamics;the fourth is to develop practical platforms and carefully build distinctive service brands;the fifth is to coordinate the efforts of all parties to build a diversified education system.
