摘    要:随着基础教育改革的深化,教师群体正面临空前的挑战和考验,部分教师表现出典型的职业倦怠心理。抑制着创新能力的发挥。本文着眼于欠发达地区教师职业倦怠心理的表现,探究形成原因及对策,并对教师心态的理想与未来,作了预测与展望。

Abstract:As the reform of basic education deepens, teachers are facing unprecedented challenge and test. Some teachers have shown typical tiredness of profession, which restrains their creativity. This article just analyzes the contributing factors to this phenomenon, puts forward some possible solutions, and predicts the ideal state of mind of teachers in the future.
