| 摘 要： | 我国法律近代化进程在内忧外患中起步,深受外国影响,尤以受日本影响为最,集中在清季修律和民国两个立法时期。经过这一变革过程,中国传统的法律体系逐渐消解,近代化的因素逐渐注入,逐步过渡到了大陆法系的新时代。

| Abstract: | Our country law processes in the modern era of domestic trouble and foreign invasion,under the influence of foreign countries,particularly under Japan's great impact,concentrates on the two-quarter period of legislation at the end of the Qing political reform and Republic of China.After this process of change,the traditional Chinese legal system gradually dispelled,the gradual infusion of modern technology factors,and gradually came into a new era of the system. |
