Abstract:The implementation of the basic education curriculum is a top-down process.In this process,distortion of curriculum may occur such as aim distortion content distortion and process distortion.There is a kind of distortion called surmounting,which is a kind of exploration and innovation of curriculum by teachers,and a kind of active factor in curriculum construction.In the course of curriculum implementation,both returning and surmounting are necessary.So,we should strengthen the awareness of policies and laws,improve educational evaluation,promote professional development of teachers.
