大学英语教师对后进生进行心理疏导的英语教学策略

摘    要:后进生问题历来是个热点问题,在大学英语教育阶段,已形成了一个不容忽视的后进生群体。对后进生群体进行心理疏导及引导,使他们完成社会角色转换,实现个人价值,造福社会是大学教育过程中的一个重要课题。基于此,针对教师对后进生在大学英语教育中出现的一些问题,提出对后进生进行心理疏导的教育策略。

Abstract:The backward student has long been a hot issue and the backward student group has formed in the university stage, which can not be ignored. It is a significant project to enable backward students to complete their role shift, realize personal value and benefit the society through psychological guidance and instruction. Therefore, some teaching strategies are proposed on psychological ~uidance to backward students according to their problems in college English education.
