旅游在线预订的市场成长策略探析

摘    要:面对旅游在线预订市场的巨大发展空间,首先,从政治、经济、社会、技术方面分析市场的宏观环境。其次,结合市场竞争格局与动态变化,对竞争现状、技术应用、资本运作、宏观趋向展开讨论。再次,综合提炼出环境、服务、竞争合作是影响旅游在线预订市场成长的关键要素,并重点立足于发展环境、服务管理与竞争合作三个层次,提出旅游在线预订市场成长的具体策略,构建了旅游在线预订市场成长策略的"ESC"模式。同时,对模式中三者的关系和作用机制做出解析。

Abstract:Facing the great developmental space of the tourism booking online market,the paper analyzes the macro-environment in terms of politics,economy,society and technique firstly.Secondly,in combination with the competitive structure and dynamic changes,the thesis discusses the status of competition,technology,capital operation,macro trends.Then,the thesis points out that the environment,services and competition-cooperation are the key elements to influence the growth of the tourism booking online market,and puts forward the strategies from the development environment,service management and the competition-cooperation.Meanwhile,the paper sets up the "ESC" model of market growth strategies for tourism booking online.Simultaneously,the thesis explains the relation and the mechanism of action of the environment,service and the competition-cooperation.
