| 摘 要： | 在信息时代里，随着信息技术的应用，给图书馆和档案馆的服务带来了不同程度上的差别。对此，本文提出一些改革措施和新观念，即：更新传统的档案管理理念，加快政务信息公开化，制定新的档案管理措施，加强理论建设力度，培训档案咨询员以及加强数字档案馆的建设速度等。
