| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济体制的确立和逐步完善在给社会带来激烈而深刻变革的同时，也对高等院校的发展特别是德育建设带来了严峻的挑战与良好的发展机遇。挑战包括：“西化”的挑战、“智育”第一思想的挑战、社会不良风气的挑战等；机遇则体现于市场经济赋予高校德育工作新的内容、新的特点和新的使命。
