| 摘 要： | 信用卡虽然方便了人们的日常生活,但利用信用卡犯罪的活动在包括我国在内的世界许多国家和地区也越来越猖獗。而司法机关在打击处理信用卡犯罪的司法实践中,对信用卡的概念和范围却产生了歧义,严重影响了司法实践活动。
