| 摘 要： | 知识共享是知识管理的重点,而"搭便车"则导致了知识共享实现的困难.从知识的准公共品性质入手,运用博弈理论分析了"搭便车"行为的产生机理以及危害性,在此基础上提出了防止该行为产生应采取的措施.

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing is important for knowledge management.However,the behavior of hitchhike makes it difficult to implement the knowledge sharing.The paper starts with the character of quasi public goods of knowledge,applies game theory to analyze the mechanism and harmfulness of hitchhike,and then comes up with some measures on how to prevent it based on the above analysis. |
