| 摘 要： | 根据高职教育培养目标的要求，结合高职开设法律基础课的目的，高强《法律基础》教材编写的基本思路应是：适应高职学生培养目标为指导思想和根本目的，结合课程的自身特点和学生特点，使之成为系统性强，知识全面和具有时代特点的新教材，为完成高职教育的培养目标服务。
