| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法及数理统计法,对浙江绍兴市拳击运动员的赛前心理状态及心理训练进行研究。针对其存在的不良心理状态提出相应对策,旨在为拳击运动更好的发展提供参考。
