高校有偿课余体育俱乐部的实践研究

高校课余体育俱乐部作为高校体育课的延伸和补充,以其独有的特点和功能吸引着越来越多学生的加入。但是,随着高校课余体育俱乐部成员的增多和活动内容的丰富,俱乐部的管理问题、经费不足问题等日益暴露。经费是俱乐部正常运作和可持续发展的物质保证,经费不足将严重影响俱乐部活动的正常开展、制约俱乐部的长期发展,俱乐部的管理不够规范又进一步限制其发展。本文采用文献资料、教学实验、典型调查与比较法就课余体育俱乐部有偿模式进行了实验研究,探析课余体育俱乐部采用有偿形式存在的问题和困难,并提出相应的对策。

On the paid spare sport club in colleges

As an extension and supplementation of school physical education,spare sport club in colleges attract more and more students to join with its unique features and functions.However,as members of university sports clubs increasing after school activities,and the exposure of the club＇s management and the lack of funding.The funds is the material to ensure sustainable development of normal operation of the club,lack of funds will severely affect the normal development of the club activities,restricting the club＇s long-term development,the club＇s management are not standardized and further restrictions on its development.This paper uses literature,teaching experiment,investigation and comparison method to carry on the experimental study on the paid model of spare sport club,analyzes the problems and difficulties of the paid model of spare sport club,and proposes countermeasures.
