海洋放线菌抗肿瘤活性物质研究进展

摘    要:与陆生放线菌相比,海洋放线菌已经进化出了独特的代谢途径,它们的次级代谢产物显示出化学结构多样性、复杂性以及更强的生物活性,这些活性物质为新药研究、开发,特别是抗肿瘤药物开发提供丰富的先导化合物。本文对海洋放线菌抗肿瘤活性物质的研究进展进行了概述。

Abstract:Compared with that of terrestrial actinomycetes,marine-derived actinomycete has evolved the peculiar metabolism approach.The secondary metabolites produced by marine actinomycetes display wide diversity and distinct complexity in chemical structures,as well as the predominant biological activity.Therefore,these bioactive substances can provide the abundant lead-compounds for new drugs' research,especially the antineoplastic drug. This article summarizes briefly the progress in the research of antineoplastic substance from marine actinomycete.
