摘    要:儒家文化中,大一统的政治社会理想、关于人伦关系的道德观念和礼仪规范、人格修养的理念,抑制和排斥人的个性发展;中庸之道的处世哲学、追求和谐的人际关系学说,与培养竞争意识和精神相冲突;学而优则仕的功利性教育价值观念、师道尊严的思想,与培养主动性、独立性相冲突。所有这些,都会实施素质教育产生负面影响、副作用。

Abstract:The political social ideal "large unification", the moral concepts and the protocol about the human relations, the reason of the personality self-cultivation, checking and excluding the development of human being's personality, the philosophy of life "the doctrine of the mean" and the theory about the relations among the persons conflict with training competitive consciousness, the utilitarian education value idea "the person who gets good marks is selected" and the thought of the teachers' dignity conflict with training initiative and independence. All of these exert side effects to the practice of the diathesis education.
