| 摘 要： | 基础教育偏差、职业教育缺位及自身素质的原因,导致一些学生在升入大学后反而松懈下来,失去了学习动力。在教育和引导过程中,应该坚持以人为本的原则、人性化的导向,帮助学生从迈进大学开始便自我规划。目标激励中正确的价值导向是坚持个人利益的追求与国家、社会需要的统一。

| Abstract: | Due to deviation in elementary education,lack of vocational education and personal qualities,some students lose interest in study after entering universities.In the process of education and instruction,we should adhere to the principle of putting the people first and humanized orientation to help students make self-plans as soon as they enter universities.The correct value orientation in goal stimulation is insisting on integration of personal interests with the needs of the country and society. |
