| 摘 要： | 采用30瓦水银石英紫外灯照射健康家兔18小时,测定了紫外线对家兔几项生理指标、心电图及眼睛的影响。结果,兔体温、红细胞渗透脆性不受影响;心电图变化不明显,呼吸数、红细胞数、血红蛋白含量、白细胞数在照射后均有增加(P>0.05),但是,白细胞数在照射6小时后显著增加(0.01

| Abstract: | Healthy rabbits were radiated for 18 hours by 30w mercury quartz ultraviolet lamp and the effects of ultraviolet radiation on several Physiological indexes, electrocardigram ( ECG ) and eyes of rabbits were determined. The result shows that body temperature and fragility test were not affected;ECG didnot apparently change; breath rate, red blood count ( RBC ) , content of hemoglobin ( Hb ) and white blood count ( WBC ) all increased. The eyes began to suffer a inflammation after 6 hours of radiation, and the longer the radiation the worse the ophthalmia. |
