党建引领下农村治理精细化与智能化研究

随着我国的“村村通”和“电信普遍服务试点”两大工程深入实施,中国广大农村及偏远地区群众逐步跟上了时代的步伐,乡村治理创新也迫在眉睫。随着信息时代的到来,农村治理走向精细化与智能化是国家治理体系和治理能力走向现代化的必然要求。对于推进农村治理走向精细化与智能化,应该充分发挥农村党建在治理过程中的引领带动作用,以党建为龙头,以现代信息技术为抓手,并将其嵌入农村治理的各个领域,以解决新时代农村治理面临的诸多问题,逐步推进农村治理走向共治共建共享的格局。

Research on the Refinement and Intelligence of Rural Governance under the Guidance of Party Building

With the implementation of the two major projects of"Radio and Television Coverage to All Villages"and"Universal Telecommunication Service Pilot",the masses in rural and remote areas of China have gradually kept pace with the times,and the innovation of rural governance is imminent.With the arrival of the information age,the refinement and intelligence of rural governance is the inevitable requirement for the modernization of national governance system and governance ability.To promote rural governance towards refinement and intelligence,we should give full play to the leading role of rural Party building in the process of governance,through the Party building as the leading,modern information technology as the grasp,embedded in all fields of rural governance,to solve the various problems of rural governance in new era,and gradually promote rural governance to the pattern of co-governance and sharing.
