摘    要:现代社会是规训的社会。运用米歇尔·福柯的规训理论,分析教师负担过重的四个主要来源,即国家、社会、学校以及教师自身的规训。因此,国家、社会、学校以及教师自身都要做出合理的调适,以减轻教师负担。

Abstract:Modern society is full of disciplines.Using Michel Foucault's theory of discipline,this paper analyzes the reasons of teachers'overburden in terms of the disciplines of the state,society,schools,and teachers themselves.Therefore,the state,society,schools,and teachers themselves should make reasonable adjustments to reduce teachers’burden.
