我省江南片部分中学教师素质现状调查与分析

通过对我省江南片部分中学教师思想政治素质、业务素质、能力素质和生理心理素质的调查，可以看出县城以上中学教师队伍素质状况总体较好；现代化教学手段的培训需要加强，教育评价制度和方法需要进一步调整和完善．建议教育行政部门要采取积极方针稳定教师队伍，力抓教师的创新能力，为他们提供教育科学 实验和研究的机会和条件，全面提高教师的素质．

Investigation and Analysis of the Quality of Some Middle School Teachers in Our Province South of the Yangtze River

By investigating the qualities of some middle school teachers in the south part of the Changjiang River in our province from the aspects of idealogical politics,professional abitity,working ability,physiology and psychology, we can see their genenal state of quality,especially the teachers in cities,is satisfactory. Therefore,we should further reinforce the training of the application of modern means of teaching;and regulate and perfect educational evaluating systems and methods;advise educational adminsstrative departments to take favourable policies to stabilize the contingent of teachers,improve their coeative abilities and provide them with chances and conditions of scientifically educational tests and researches so as to improre their overall quality.
