摘    要:素质教育要求教师树立正确的学生观,承认学生的个性差异,相信学生自身都存在巨大的发展潜能。积极创造和提供满足不同学生学习成长的条件,将学生的发展作为教学活动的出发点和归宿。这就要求教师从教育观念、教学方法、评价体系等各方面都要有一个根本的转变。

Abstract:Quality education requires teachers to form the right outlook on students,acknowledge the differences in the students'individuality and believe that every student has their own potential of development.And we should positively create and provide conditions suitable for students' study and growth and take the development of students as the aim and destinations of all teaching activities,which requires of the teacher a fundamental transformation in educational concept,teaching methods and evaluating system.
