摘    要:采用毛细管区带电泳法测定了5种苹果中维生素C和烟酸的含量。在20mmol/L硼砂和20%乙腈的混合缓冲体系(pH 8.5)中,两种维生素在15min内较好地得到分离。维生素C和烟酸的迁移时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为5.43%和2.35%、6.24%和2.49%。质量浓度在0.007 81~1 000mg/L范围内线性相关系数分别为0.9964、0.9945。该方法简单、准确,可作为果实品质测定的一种方法。

Abstract:Vc and nicotinic acid of five kinds of apples were directly determined by capillary zone electrophoresis.Under the mixed electrolyte(pH8.5),which was made of 20mmol L-1 borate and 20% ethyl,both of them were well separated within 15 minutes.The RSDs of migration time were 5.43%,6.24%,and its peak areas were 2.35%,2.49%,respectively.Correlation coefficients were 0.9964 and 0.9945 within the concentration range from 0.0078125mg·mL-1 to 1.0mg·mL-1.The method was simple and accurate as a new method to determine fruit quality.
