对沈阳市高校教学资源共享的探讨

以提高高校教学资源共享效率为研究目的,运用文献资料、调查访谈等研究方法,在对沈阳市北片高校跨校选课的经验进行总结的基础上,提出沈阳市高校教学资源共享的途径与内容,认为高校间可以开展跨校选课、跨校辅修、第二专业学士学位学习等区域合作,实行实验室、图书馆、教师等资源的共享;提出加强教育行政主管部门的领导和校际管理等应关注的问题,并建议上级主管部门采取有力措施鼓励和支持高校教学资源共享、区域合作办学,以进一步增强沈阳和辽宁高校在国际教育市场上的竞争力。

Teaching Resources Sharing Among Colleges and Universities in Shenyang

Aimed at improving the sharing efficiency of teaching resources of colleges and universities,the paper puts forward ways and contents of teaching resources of colleges and universities on the base of summarizing the experiences of choosing courses among colleges and universities in Shenyang north zone.The paper points out that the colleges and universities could develop the regional cooperation of choosing courses and minor crossing schools and studying the bachelor degree of second specialty.They could share the laboratories,libraries and teacher resources.Meanwhile,it brings forward some problems,such as strengthening the leading of education administration department and interscholastic management and so on,and suggests the upper charging department should take some measures to encourage and sustain the teaching resources of colleges and universities and regional cooperation of running schools for enhancing the competitive abilities of colleges and universities of Shenyang and Liaoning in the international education market.
