基因工程虚拟实验室的设计与实现

摘    要:基因工程是一门非常注重实践的课程,但其实验具有价格贵,周期长的特点,因而虚拟实验室的创建有助于缓解实验资源与教学需求之间存在的矛盾。本文依托广东省高校现代教育技术“151工程”项目“基因工程虚拟实验室”的工作,对基因工程虚拟实验室的设计与实现进行了探讨,以期为同类虚拟实验室或相关学习资源的开发和应用提供思路和借鉴。

Abstract:To genetic engineering course, it is very important to practise. However, the price of its experiment is expensive, and cycle is long, so the construction of the Virtual laboratory can alleviate the contradiction between experiment resources and teaching demands. Through the work of the project of “Virtual laboratory of genetic engineering " ,which is one of the university Modern education technology " 151 projects " in Guangdong Province, this paper has probed into the design and realization of the Virtual laboratory of genetic engineering. Hope to offer reference and thinking for similar development of Virtual laboratory or relevant education resources.
