新建院校新校区校园文化建设的思考

随着高等教育事业的发展，新升格院校在城市边缘地带建设新校区，新校区校园文化建设出现重物质文化、轻精神文化，制度文化保守，行为文化单一，与地缘文化缺乏互动的问题，影响到大学功能的发挥。为此，新建院校要重视城市边缘的“文化沙漠”建设，构建“文化生态绿洲”。
