| 摘 要： | 在经济危机下,如何最大限度地发挥人才的作用并尽可能地减少人力成本,成为了越来越多组织管理中的问题,人员外包适应了这种要求,并逐渐成为了新的用工模式。本文就人员外包含义、利与弊展开了分析,提出了有效的解决措施。

| Abstract: | Under the economic crisis,how to maximize the role of human resources and as far as possible to reduce labor costs become critical problems in the more and more organizations.Outsourcing staff adapts to this request and has gradually become a new model of employment.Finally,this paper analyses the meaning of staff outsourcing,advantages and disadvantages,and proposes effective solutions. |
