| 摘 要： | 创新是高等教育的灵魂，创新人才的培养离不开创新教育，培养创新人才应着重培养学生的创新意识和创新能力，创新教育需要树立具有创新精神的教育观，全面发展的人才观和加强基础，淡化专业，因人施教的教学观。只有进行全方位配套改革，才能培养出创新人才。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the exploration of innovation in education with an emphasis on personnel training ,and the close connection between personnel training and innovation in education .The education of innovation is the essence of higher education, and is to be given due priority in the training of the students' innovation consciousness and ability. Only with the over all, corresponding reform into effect can there be a successful training of qualified personnel. |
