| Abstract: | As a special kind of preschool education institute, the street-collective-kindergartens in Beijing city are often very poor in the education scale and quality, though they are needed by families who earn very lowly in the city. With higher requirements on preschool education, such kindergartens should review their status and functions and positively explore new developmental approaches under present living pressures. |
