| 摘 要： | 由于经济发展相对滞后，地处我国边远少数民族地区的广西高等教育基础不够理想，相当数量高校缺乏吸引高学历教师的内部及外部有利条件，长期以来造成了广西高校教师队伍学历结构存在不少问题。应采取切实有效的措施，提高高校教师队伍学历，优化学历结构，从而提高高校 教师队伍整体素质。

| Abstract: | Over the past years, the teaching posts in Guangxi's colleges and universities have no appeal to talents with doctoral degree because of the facts that Guangxi can not afford to offer high pay, and that it is a remote border province in south China. As a result, there are limited number of teachers with doctoral degree in these institutions of higher learning. The paper calls for concrete measures to be taken to train more teachers with doctoral degree for these institutions. |
