基于大学生职业生涯规划中的思想政治教育研究

2008年以来,教育部明确要求各高校加强大学生的职业生涯规划教育,但是大学生在职业生涯规划中仍然存在思想认识方面的偏差,导致大学生在择业、就业过程中不能找到合适的岗位。思想政治教育能够对大学生职业生涯规划起到积极作用,帮助大学生提高认识,顺利就业。文章探讨了基于大学生职业生涯规划中,通过激发学生提高思想道德素质、系统融入思想政治教育内容、丰富思想政治教育形式、加强思想政治工作队伍建设等四个方面促进大学生职业生涯规划和思想政治教育相结合的途径。

Ideological and political education research based on the occupation career planning for college students

Since 2008,the Ministry of education to make clear a requirement of colleges and universities to enhance college students’ occupation career planning education,but there still exists deviation in the thinking and understanding,results in students cannot find appropriate post in the employment process.Ideological and political education plays a positive role for college student occupation career planning,to help students improve the understanding,obtain employment smoothly.The article discusses that in the occupation career planning of college students,through arousing students’ ideological and moral quality,improving the content of ideological and political education,rich the form of ideological and political education,strengthen the construction of ideological and political work team,to promote the integration of occupation career planning and Ideological and political education of college students.
