| Abstract: | Dreams are activated by the sleep central cells in human brains,They have characterics which are far from what is expected whenone is awake .All dreams are reflections of actual realities. They are originated from three sources.Dreams donot have influences upon one's health,and have five beneficial functions.Dreams are not so mysterious as they are usually thought to be. |
