| Abstract: | The "talents market" and the evaluation of professional titles of teachers have put a new requirement of scientific researches on the normal college students. They must revise their concepts and face the challenges. They must have new ideas on and fully utilize the libraries , and train themselves into new types of normal college students with good ability to do scientific research work. |
