| 摘 要： | 自然价值理论是环境伦理学的两大理论之一。建立在自然价值观基础上的环境保护是一种新的价值观范式。它有利于拓展人们的环境保护视野，有利于推动环境保护法的革命，使环境保护事业在道德与法律两个领域中都取得令人满意的结果。

| Abstract: | Natural value is one of the two main theories of environment ethics.The environmental protection which bases on the natural values is a new kind of values model.It is advantageous not only in broadening people's views about environmental protection,but also in promoting the reformation of environment protection law so as to make the environmental protection get the satisfying results both in the morals and the law fields. |
