摘    要:20世纪70年代以来英国就开始注重教师效能研究。分析英国教师效能研究的历史发展,基于教师效能研究的教育改革政策及英国教师效能研究的特点与政策取向,对我国教师质量的改善和教师教育改革具有积极的借鉴意义。

Abstract:The Great Britain has attached importance to the teacher effectiveness research since 70s in 20th.This paper analyzes the historical development of British teacher effectiveness research,and provides positive reference to the improvement of teacher's quality and the reform of teacher's education in our country based on the research of British teacher effectiveness.
