| Abstract: | The Great Britain has attached importance to the teacher effectiveness research since 70s in 20th.This paper analyzes the historical development of British teacher effectiveness research,and provides positive reference to the improvement of teacher＇s quality and the reform of teacher＇s education in our country based on the research of British teacher effectiveness. |
