| 摘 要： | 职教集团作为跨地区、跨行业、多功能、多层次、综合性的非法人教育集团,其运作模式有纵向衔接、横向联合和中介参与,其运行机制有紧密型、松散型、紧密型与松散型相结合。加强职教集团校企合作建设,应建立和完善职教集团体制机制,推进资源共建共享,形成与产业发展需求相适应的专业设置动态调整机制。

| Abstract: | As a kind of non-juridical person educational group,vocational education group has the characteristics of trans-region,trans-industries,multi-function,multi-level and comprehensiveness,and its operational model has longitudinal linkage,horizontal alliance and medial agency participation,and its operational mechanism has close model,loose model and combination of close and loose model.In order to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation under the background of vocational education group,it should build and optimize the system and mechanism of vocational education group,boost resources sharing and co-construction,and try to form the dynamic adjustment mechanism of specialties setting adaptable to industrial development demand. |
