关于民办高校提高教学质量的思考

目前我国民办高校的教学质量总体上与公办高校相比还存在较大差距,民办高校要提高教学质量,需要以素质教育为核心,以社会需求为导向,增加新的教学内容,提高学生的实际动手能力,同时,民办高校要注重校园文化的培育,组建以名师名教为骨干的教师队伍,以逐渐形成自己的办学特色。

Reflection of Improvement of Teaching Quality in Non-Public Schools

There currently exists a big difference between non-public and public colleges in teaching quality in China. The teaching quality in non-public colleges can be improved by taking quality education as a core, the social requirement as a guide, increasing new contents in teaching and improving the actual skills of students, and meantime non-pubic colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of campus culture, establishing a teaching force made up of famous and backbone teachers so that the characteristics of the non-public colleges can be made.
